BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

Gary Sinkeldam was admitted to the bar in 1983, California and U.S. District Court, Southern District of California; and 1997, Nevada. His practice emphasis includes personal injury defense and the defense of developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in construction litigation. Gary is also practicing individually in Las Vegas, Nevada, and he is an Arbitrator, San Diego Superior Court.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:

Gary received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 from San Diego State University, and his Juris Doctor in 1983 from the University of San Diego School of Law. Gary is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Clark County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association. Gary is "AV" rated with Martindale-Hubbell.
