BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

Sean Stephens was admitted to the bar in 1990, California and U.S. District Court, Southern District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; in 1991, Oklahoma; in 1995, U.S. District Court, Central District of California; and in 2000, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. Following his admission to the California bar in 1990, Sean has successfully handled a wide variety of cases. Sean's practice emphasis is civil litigation including professional liability, employment, personal injury, insurance, products liability defense, and general business litigation.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:

Sean received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1987 from the University of Oklahoma, and his Juris Doctor in 1990 from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, the San Diego County and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of California, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association, and the San Diego Business Trial Lawyers Association.
